After long hard night’s work, Santa can really use a cocktail!

I snapped this photo with my i-phone as I was   leaving a local tavern. You never know when you will see something that you would just love to paint,so keep your camera at the ready for all of those surprising photo ops!

Thanks to my son Derek I now have a web site!!!  It is definitely a work in progress and will probably take me awhile to work out all of the kinks.  I have a lot of images of paintings to post, and that will take some time but I am looking forward to learning how to use all of this technological wizardry to bring my artwork to a larger audience.  I am by no means a writer, so there probably won’t be much “blogging” going on…but who knows, once I get started I might find that I enjoy the experience so much that I will find my voice.

As I learn how to navigate the site I will continue to add paintings to the gallery for you to view.   Most of the paintings on the site are for sale, if you are interested in any of the paintings feel free to contact me for more information.

Some of the paintings are also available as prints and/or cards.  I will include that information as I continue to build the site.

I wish more than anything that my mother could see me on the internet, she was my biggest fan and I probably would not have even started to paint if it wasn’t for her encouragement and confidence in me.  So mom, I dedicate my first foray into the wild blue internet to you.
